A specialist alternative provision in Cheltenham is seeking a motivated and resilient individual to support secondary-aged students who face challenges in mainstream education. This role is ideal for aspiring psychologists wanting practical experience within a relationship-focused, therapeutic learning environment.
The Role - Behaviour Support Worker - Cheltenham
* Support students with SEMH, behavioural needs and additional learning needs
* Promote emotional regulation, positive behaviour and engagement with learning
* Build strong relationships and support reintegration pathways
* Work closely with teaching and pastoral teams in a small specialist setting
