About the Role
For this Maintenance Operative role, we're looking for a team player who can also work independently, has a flexible approach and a can-do attitude to get the job done. You must be able to work to high standards (both in work delivered and customer/client relations). Experience in reactive/responsive maintenance experience is preferable.
Availability Information
This Maintenance Operative role involves working weekends on a rotation. Overtime is available.
Responsibilities and Duties
Daily duties would include but are not limited to the following:
Joining our team as a Domestic Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for:
1. Attending boiler breakdowns
2. Conducting repairs to heating systems
3. Boiler and heating system servicing
4. Un vented cylinder repairs, installs and servicing.
5. Fixing general plumbing leaks and replacing of parts.
6. Conducting landlord LGSR inspections.
7. Boiler installs.
8. General maintenance repairs, responding to emergency and planned call-outs
