Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time (Flexible)
Responsibilities
* Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with additional learning needs.
* Assist teaching staff in delivering tailored learning activities.
* Support students with emotional, social, or behavioural challenges.
* Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and SENCO.
Requirements
* Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based or similar settings).
* A patient, nurturing, and supportive approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A genuine interest in supporting students with a range of learning needs.
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service is required (or willingness to apply for one through Simply Education).
