Our leading Telco client is currently looking for a Customer Experience and Insights Manager to improve the overall customer experience by gathering and analyzing customer feedback and contact centre performance data. The role involves driving initiatives that increase satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. It serves as the voice of the customer, using insights to influence contact center operations, agent performance, and journey design.
This is a newly created role within a high-performing and supportive team. A brilliant opportunity!
Essential skills and experience include:
* Experience in Telco / Telecommunications
* Experience in or managing a Customer Success / Contact Center team
* Strong analytical skills
* Ability to derive insights from data sets
Salary: Up to £55,000 + bonus + package
Location: London (good work from home options available)
