We are recruiting for an Equipment and Stores Service Co‑ordinator who shares our vision to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
Responsibilities
* Jointly responsible with external teams (e.g., Access/Waiting List Managers, specialty managers, EMBE, Estates) for robust communication and effective management of the patient's surgical pathway.
* Work unsupervised and act independently to manage own workload, referring to the Service Manager when necessary.
* Innovate more effective systems to benefit the department and the Trust.
* Deputise for the Service Manager as required in the remit of stock management.
* Co‑ordinate, order and receipty on loan instruments and implants under the supervision of Clinical Leads/Theatre Manager.
* Work unsupervised while available to the wider theatre team for reference at all times.
