Location: Sandbach Hourly rate: £12.71ph Shifts: Monday - Friday within school hours Contract type: Temporary We are currently looking for catering assistants to work in schools in the Sandbach area. This is a great opportunity for an individual with previous experience in catering to work within school hours. This role does require a full Child Enhanced DBS (or you must be willing to undergo one - we can support with this process but a small cost to you) General assistant duties Ensuring cleanliness of the kitchen at all times Assisting with serving lunches Following all health and safety procedures Keeping surfaces clean and tidy Clearing tables Operating tills Food preparation The ideal candidate will: Be able to work within a fast-paced environment Be punctual Have excellent communication skills Able to multi-task Able to work well both in a team and independently Polite and friendly Able to build good relationships Have great customer service skills Travelling: Ideally you will have your own transport but there are bus routes in the area - please check your local services before applying.
