Job Description At Novotel London Tower Bridge, people are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Manager to lead the hotels People & Culture agenda and help bring our values and culture to life.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is a senior leadership role that partners closely with the leadership team to create an engaging, inclusive and high-performing workplace aligned with Novotel and Accor standards.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted People & Culture advisor to leaders and team members across the hotel
Lead recruitment, onboarding and induction, ensuring a welcoming and engaging employee experience
Drive talent development, learning and succession planning, supporting internal growth and career progression
Shape and embed the hotels culture, values and wellbeing initiatives
Deliver monthly well-being actions to support team engagement and retention
Ensure accurate payroll administration in line with legal and Accor requirements
Support performance management, employee relations and policy application
Qualifications CIPD qualified (or working towards)
Strong HR / People & Culture background, ideally within hospitality or a service-driven environment
Confident working with UK employment law and HR best practice
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
Passionate about people, culture and creating great place to work
