Our client, a leading organisation within the financial services sector, is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join their established technology function. This position plays a critical role in the design, development, and integration of a bespoke Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, supporting the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performance business solutions.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 with a range of third-party systems and custom-built C# components.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and enhance solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365, including workflows, entities, forms, and plugins.
* Develop and maintain C#/.NET components to extend Dynamics 365 functionality.
* Integrate third-party applications with Dynamics 365 using RESTful APIs and custom connectors.
* Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions through close collaboration with stakeholders.
* Contribute to Agile delivery cycles, ensuring timely release of enhancements and updates.
* Generate and maintain management information (MI) through SQL reporting and data engineering activities.
* Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance across all integrated systems.
* Participate in system architecture planning, performance optimisation, and ongoing platform maintenance.
Tech Stack:
* Proficiency in C#/.NET development, including plugins and custom workflows.
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) configuration and customisation.
* Strong understanding of SQL Server, data structures, and reporting.
* Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Power Platform, and Azure services.
* Advantageous: experience with JavaScript, financial services systems, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001).
