The pupils have Learning Difficulties, including Autism and complex needs. It is a very nice environment to work in and the pupils really love their school. They are keen to take on someone with the right personality and passion for the job, experience is not essential. They need someone committed to the role full-time, Monday to Friday and for the right person this role would continue for the whole academic year until July 2026, possibly longer. It is vital the successful applicant is dedicated to the role of being a special needs teaching assistant and understands the impact of developing positive relationships with the pupils.
