Role Overview
Own and scale a structured outbound B2B engine within a recruitment business. This role blends enterprise-level outbound execution with revenue systems thinking.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage a targeted account list (ICP-tiered)
• Map multi-threaded buying groups across priority accounts
• Execute structured, personalised outbound across email, LinkedIn and phone
• Run disciplined sequence management with clear stage progression
• Convert engagement into qualified conversations
• Rigorously qualify opportunities (Pain, Authority, Budget, Timeline)
• Maintain CRM hygiene and enforce pipeline discipline
• Track and improve:
o Stage-to-stage conversion rates
o Touches-to-meeting ratio
o Persona-level conversion
o Sequence performance
• Develop repeatable outbound playbooks
• Implement process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability
• Contribute to long-term revenue operations design

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven B2B outbound sales experience
• Strong understanding of account-based prospecting
• Experience running multi-touch, multi-channel sequences
• Confident qualifying senior stakeholders
• Data-driven — comfortable analysing conversion metrics and optimising performance
• High CRM discipline (pipeline management, field compliance, reporting)
• Commercially aware with strong objection handling
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity while building process
• Ambition to grow into a strategic revenue/RevOps leadership role
