We would like you to have:
• For Trainee’s with no recruitment experience we are looking for confident, sales-driven individuals, who want to take on extensive training on how to build a high-performing desk.
• For those with experience we are looking for experience working in a full-360 desk. We are open to what you were focused on and will provide full training on the sector.
• A passion & interest to want to work in some of the highest growth industries.
• Excellent networking and relationship building ability with a no-fear attitude to the phone.
• Passion for learning and self-development.
• An outgoing personality, with the ability to work comfortably within a team, and independently.
