* Minimum ILM Level 5 coaching qualification or equivalent.
* Experience coaching individuals from diverse backgrounds.
* Trusted advisor skilled in coaching, influencing, and challenging leaders and managers on behavioral change to deliver continuous improvement and value.
* Passionate about transforming lives through coaching.
* Desire to benefit from being self-employed while being part of a larger organization.
Desired Skills and Experience:
* At least 1+ years of coaching experience.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to develop your business and client base.
