The mission of the Uniphore Project Delivery organisation is to delivery high quality customer projects that deliver AI and it’s immense value to clients in a rapid repeatably way. We accomplish this through a strong methodology and a product that is constantly evolving to meet the needs of our clients.
This role will be working across several customers to deliver high quality AI implementations across the full Uniphore Product Suite. Our customers are primarily based in the UK and Europe across multiple sectors. You will be working internally and externally with an ecosystem of stakeholders to deliver in an ever changing and fast paced Project environment.
This role reports into the Project Delivery Leader. Available to attend Nottingham site 1-2 days per week.
Responsibilities:
* Lead, plan and execute on all aspects of enterprise projects and programmes; from proof of concept (POC) to deployment including managing its overall progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate.
* Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
* Lead discussions with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and other project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
* Analyze, evaluate, and overcome programme risks, and produce programme reports for management and stakeholders.
* Own multiple workstreams and interdependencies, using business logic to make priorities.
* Perform stakeholder management internally and externally.
* Ensure the business is achieving maximum return-on-investment.
* Ensure your deliverables are to the appropriate levels of quality, in line with client expectations, on time and within budget, in accordance with the programme plan.
* Work closely with the Account Exec to ensure that projects and programmes progress in line with sales and revenue forecasting expectations.
* Own successful conclusion of project escalations
* Take project learnings back into the organisation for ongoing project improvements.
* Drive continual improvement of project methods and standardisation in this space, for the benefit of future projects and team members.
Skills and Experience:
* 8+ years as technical project manager
* Understand both traditional Waterfall and Agile project management methods.
* Has deployed projects across n-tiered architectures and cloud-based architectures.
* Has a technical understanding of software development and frameworks / technical integration methods
* Strong client facing roles, at an Enterprise / Tier 1 customer level
* Call centre or financial experience
* Has worked in an international company – can work with cross geographical teams.
* You have led projects in multiple of the following:
Telephony / Unified Comms
Linux / Microsoft Windows Server
Cloud or VM / Virtualisation
AI or Automation
Software Development
Voice Recording
* Can share a project portfolio where you have led / owned multiple of the following:
Work with Enterprise Clients
Delivered Software Projects
Internal and External Stakeholder Management
International working
Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, presentation
Strong financial skills
Fast paced change
Transformation skills – take learning from a project to improve an organisation
