Senior Quanitity Surveyor\n\nThis is a full Shell & Core MEP installation project running from September 2025 to August 2027.\n\nYou will act as the Number 2 to the Commercial Director, supporting all aspects of commercial management across the project lifecycle. This is a site-based role, and the successful candidate will be fully integrated within the project delivery team on-site\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Lead the commercial management of the project in conjunction with the Commercial Director\n\n * Cost planning, procurement, contract negotiation, and subcontractor management\n\n * Valuations, variations, and change control\n\n * Cash flow forecasting and cost reporting\n\n * Final accounts preparation and agreement\n\n * Ensure compliance with ESG commercial procedures and policies\n\n * Risk management and value engineering\n\n * Attend and contribute to site progress and commercial meetings\n\n * Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors\n\n * Identify and implement opportunities for commercial improvement·\n\n * Minimum 6–8 years’ experience in M&E or construction surveying, with at least 2 years in a senior role·\n\n * Proven experience delivering large-scale MEP projects, ideally within the Shell & Core commercial sector\n\n * \n\n · Strong understanding of NEC or JCT contract forms\n\n · Excellent financial and contractual acumen\n\n · Strong IT skills – including Excel and commercial management software (e.g., Causeway or similar)\n\n · Excellent communication and negotiation skills\n\n · Must be willing to work on-site full-time for the duration of the project\n\n · Right to work in the UK\n\n * \n\n Apply today
