Requirements
* Ability to work across south west London (wimbledon, dulwich, richmond etc)
* Strong Supervisory Skills, including the ability to manage teams effectively and maintain quality control on construction projects
* Proficiency with Heavy Equipment operation, demonstrating safety awareness and technical expertise
* Underpinning and structural experience crucial
* Excellent communication skills
* Familiarity with health and safety regulations and requirements is essential
* Understanding of London Building control
* Commitment to detail-oriented work and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
