The opportunity
The role of CRM Training and Support Expert is essential for ensuring the effective implementation of our CRM tools across departments. This role helps develop how the team engages with cutting-edge technology and enhances operational efficiency, promoting a seamless CRM experience for users.
What you will be doing
* Analyze training needs to determine, understand, and rank training and support requirements for Sales and Business Development (SBD) and other CRM-adoption-critical departments.
* Plan and craft comprehensive training interventions, including syllabi, curricula, materials, and tools; deliver both face-to-face and virtual sessions.
* Plan and deliver user support and follow-up during initial adoption; establish benchmarks to monitor training success and tool usage.
* Assess user understanding of CRM adoption and value delivered to SBD.
* Collect and analyse new requirements; translate them into actionable technical specifications for CRM enhancements.
* Provide direct user support for day-to-day CRM use; offer immediate solutions to obstacles.
* Collaborate with IT and third-party experts to address CRM issues and end-user concerns.
* Craft, manage, and support CRM-related communications for training and support topics.
* Collaborate with CRM stakeholders across NatCos and levels.
* Identify risks in CRM implementation and usage; propose mitigations or responses.
What we're looking for
* University degree, preferably in Business Management, Economics or related field
* Commercial experience in Aerospace and Defence sector in IT, HR, Sales, Bid, Business Development or related field
* Planning capabilities and training analysis
* Experience in change management or training delivery
* Good relational and communication skills
* Experience using Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce is an advantage but not essential
