Job Title: HR Business Partner
Hours: 21 hours per week
Work Arrangement: Job Share, 3 days per week, Hybrid (minimum 2 days in the office)

Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will work in partnership with Regional and operational managers to deliver HR solutions within a changing environment. You will provide professional advice and support to line managers on employment matters, contributing to our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide high-quality HR advice on employment issues, promoting early resolution of staffing concerns while managing legal risks.
2. Support managers through complex employee relations cases, including attendance, discipline, and grievances.
Minimum Requirements
* CIPD Level 5 qualification
* Associate membership of CIPD
* Willingness to undertake relevant training or further education
* Credible and skilled business partner with operational and consultative abilities
* Strong influencing and persuasive skills
* Flexible, with good prioritisation skills
* Team player with positive behaviors
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Knowledge of Employment Law and experience in employee relations
