Conveyancing Secretary

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are searching for a Conveyancing Secretary to join an established high street law firm in West Bromwich to provide direct 1:1 support to a Fee Earner within a residential property department.
The Role:
* Liaising with estate agents, lenders and solicitors
* Full secretarial support from instruction to completion
* Responding to client queries
* High volume of Audio/copy typing and general correspondence
* File administration
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous residential Conveyancing Secretary experience is essential
* Happy to be in the office 5 days a week in West Bromwich
* Confident supporting one Fee Earner in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* High attention to detail
