Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for retail operations, resources, and customer service within the branch, including line management of the Weekend Retail Assistant, leading, coaching, and developing a multi-skilled team.
2. Hold regular colleague reviews to strengthen engagement and support development, emphasizing a safety-first culture.
3. Deliver structured daily briefings to ensure all colleagues meet performance metrics and KPIs aligned with business goals.
4. Ensure all retail counter areas conform to health and safety legislation.
5. Maintain compliance with branch standards to ensure operational excellence and balanced performance.
6. Ensure operational efficiency and a safety-first culture, with all retail colleagues completing relevant E-learning modules.
7. Lead a customer-first team, fostering a customer-focused mindset to enhance service quality.
8. Adhere to returns, credits, and warranty processes to improve customer experience and ensure seamless procedures.
9. Maintain shelf availability through accurate stock movement processes.
10. Deliver excellent customer service through efficient pick-to-manifest times and meeting SLAs.
11. Collaborate with operations and sales teams to maximize customer opportunities.
12. Minimize customer effort by implementing and adhering to a robust Click & Collect process.
13. Set up the branch for growth through best-in-class retail practices, stock management, and SLAs.
14. Ensure retail operations comply with financial audits.
