Job Title: Payroll Administrator
Salary: Up to £30,000
Working Structure: Office-based
Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire
Key Responsibilities
* Process weekly and monthly payroll runs, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Enter and maintain payroll data in the system
* Prepare, review, and run reports; close payroll cycles
* Create and send large volumes of invoices to recruitment agencies
* Reconcile and allocate payments from recruitment agencies
* Support management with high-level payroll queries and escalations
* Assist with ad-hoc payroll requests and compliance/audit activities
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Experience in payroll administration, ideally with Umbrella company payrolls
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Comfortable handling high-volume data and multiple client accounts
* Proactive, organised, and able to work independently
* Confident communicator, able to liaise with clients and management
