As our Projects Administrator, you'll be the backbone of project operations—ensuring accurate documentation, smooth coordination, effective procurement support, and clear communication between site and office teams.
In this fast-paced project environment, you'll help maintain audit-ready records, raise purchase orders, manage supplier quotations, track plant hire, and support the flow of information that keeps projects on track, compliant, and cost-effective. You'll become a key link in the chain, helping project managers, engineers, commercial teams, and site crews deliver safely and efficiently.

Essential Experience & Skills
Proven experience in an administrative or project support role
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator who can liaise effectively across teams
Experience maintaining accurate records and document control systems
Familiarity with raising purchase orders and assisting with procurement
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
Full UK driving licenceDesirable Knowledge & Qualifications
Experience in the water, utilities, or construction sectors
Understanding of project delivery processes or plant hire
Knowledge of procurement or finance systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coins)
Experience using document control systems or CDEs
Relevant administration qualification (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
Health & Safety awareness (e.g., CSCS, IOSH Working Safely)
