In this role, you will manage a small customer service team, handle complex enquiries, streamline processes, and collaborate closely with the sales department to ensure customers receive an exceptional level of service. You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency while maintaining strong internal and external relationships.

* Working alongside sales teams to support customer requirements and sales activity
* Producing operational or sales‑related reports for management
* Coordinating with functions such as marketing, IT, and logistics to support business operations
