1. Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm % office based - own transport essential due to location

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a full-time Admin Assistant to join a highly successful and wellestablished firm near Cranbrook. The successful candidate will become part of a fast-paced, supportive team and act as the first point of contact for clients visiting the office or calling by phone. A friendly, enthusiastic, and professional attitude will certainly work well in this role.

As Administrator, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the office. Responsibilities include:
6. Answering incoming calls, taking messages, preparing refreshments, and setting up meeting rooms
7. Acting as a welcoming and helpful first point of contact for clients
8. Supporting colleagues with day-to-day office administration
9. Updating and maintaining internal databases and filing systems
10. Preparing letters, managing diaries, and arranging client appointments
11. Putting together meeting packs
12. Ensuring electronic filing systems remain well organised
13. Managing all incoming and outgoing post
14. Arranging travel or meeting logistics when required
15. Supporting the onboarding process for new clients
The ideal candidate will:
16. Be organised, tidy, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail
17. Have a professional, friendly telephone manner
18. Enjoy working with people and have strong communication skills
19. Be discreet, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality
20. Be proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to changing priorities
21. Have strong IT skills; experience with CRM systems is desirable
