Service Coordinator | Nottingham | Full-Time | Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm | £25,000 – £35,000 per annum
Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Service Coordinator to join their team in Nottingham. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth running of HVAC services, coordinating technicians, and delivering an exceptional experience for clients.
Are you the right person for the job?
* Service coordination, scheduling, or customer service experience (HVAC or construction industry preferred)
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency in MS Office and service management software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Joblogic, or similar)
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
* High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
* Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, facilities management, or related field (preferred)
* 2+ years in an administrative, scheduling, or coordination role
* Knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology (advantageous but not essential)
