We are seeking an enthusiastic Contracts Manager to oversee a wide range of construction and refurbishment projects. Day-to-day of the role:
1. Provide support to the Operations Manager and Building Projects Director.
2. Coordinate the production of Pre-Construction information as required.
3. Ensure compliance with the Construction Management System (CMS) through regular checks and oversight.
4. Oversee the operational delivery of contracts, ensuring client objectives are met and maintaining high standards of Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality management.
5. Reinforce safe working practices and company values consistently.
6. Take on the project role of Temporary Works Coordinator as necessary.
7. Lead and support Site Managers in the delivery of their roles.
8. Manage contracts through robust administration, programming, good commercial decision-making, and financial discipline.
