Job Title: Interim HR Business Partner - Business Change

The Company
We are currently working with a leading logistics organisation with sites across the UK. This role will be responsible for a business unit that spans two sites across mainly around the Crick/Rugby area.
We are actively recruiting for an Interim HR Business Partner to join their extensive team on an interim basis and support on a project for around 3 months.
What you will be responsible for?
* Establish strong relationships and partner with key stakeholders (GM's and Ops Directors) across the sites.
* Manage and support on a TUPE and business change project.
* Roll out a needs analysis with senior stakeholders to understand the effect of business change on the business area.
* Influence key stakeholders and coach them on best practise to ensure a consistent approach.
What do we need from you?
The successful candidate for the HR Business Partner opportunity will have the following skills and experiences:
* Previous experience operating at business partner level - ideally within a blue-collar environment
* Understanding or experience with TUPE and HR business change projects
