Job Summary
We are looking or a passionate Level 3 practitioner to join our nursery team. Due to increase numbers of children we are looking to recruit a number of part-time and full time positions.
We are looking for enthusiastic, imaginative, caring individuals who are passionate about providing outstanding childcare and education to Early Years children.
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children, supporting their development and well-being.

Duties
* Create and implement engaging educational activities that promote early learning and development.
* Supervise and interact with children to ensure their safety and well-being at all times.
* Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as necessary.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming nursery environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective strategies for managing children's behaviour.
* Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns that may arise.
* Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in childcare and early education.
Skills
* Strong background in early childhood education is essential.
* Ability to drive initiatives that foster children's growth and learning.
* Experience managing groups of children in a nursery or childcare setting.
* Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Previous experience working with children is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of nursery practices and childcare regulations is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children and families.
* Leadership qualities to inspire teamwork among staff members while maintaining a positive atmosphere within the nursery setting.

Pay: £25,369.80-£26,062.40 per year
