Prospero Teaching is looking for a committed Art teacher to work in a fantastic school in Hereford, starting with a contract until Christmas with the possibility of extension for the school year.
We provide supply cover to a range of Primary, Secondary, and SEND Schools, from small village schools to large secondary schools. We are seeking Teachers to cover all classes from Reception to KS5, who have strong behaviour management skills and are passionate about teaching.
Prospero Teaching works with both newly qualified teachers (NQT/ECT) and experienced teachers, helping you find your next position. Some contracts may be extended from day-to-day bookings to longer-term cover.
We are looking for teachers with a good understanding of SEN/SEND children and experience in using differentiation throughout lessons to ensure every child receives the best education.

* Location - Hereford
* Position - Art Teacher
* Type of work - Cover Teacher for prolonged absence
* Start date - ASAP
* Duration / Likely Duration - Day-to-day bookings, with potential for extension depending on schools

* Contract type - Temporary
* Full time/part time - Part-time and full-time depending on schools' needs
* Minimum rate of pay - £160.55 per day
* Hours - 8:30 am - 3:30 pm (full day), half day (AM or PM), individual lesson cover
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, AND QUALIFICATIONS
* QTS, QTLS, PGCE, EYFS, or equivalent
* Previous experience working in a UK school
* Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable but not essential)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
* Hold the Right to Work in the UK
* Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
* Provide two professional child-related references covering the last two years
