Job Title: Shipping & Logistics Coordinator Location: Stockport Salary: £33,000 – £38,000 per year Position Type: Full-Time About the Role: My Manufacturing/Engineering client is looking for a proactive Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to join our busy Logistics team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with international shipping experience who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will report to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager and play a key role in ensuring our products are delivered accurately and on time to our global customer base. What You’ll Do: * Coordinate and oversee the delivery of products domestically and internationally * Collaborate with clients, freight forwarders, and haulage providers to ensure first-class service * Manage customer orders from planning to delivery, resolving any issues proactively * Prepare and check shipping documents, including Dangerous Goods notes (training provided) * Arrange pre-shipment inspections, Certificates of Origin, and liaise with shipping lines * Assist with aftersales despatch issues and ensure customer complaints are resolved quickly * Support weekly and monthly KPI reporting for the department Skills & Experience: * Experience in exporting/importing goods internationally (Road, Air & Ocean) * SAP knowledge or willingness to train (SAP experience desirable) * Exposure to multi-product...
