Job Description
Working as part of a national HR team, the role of HR Policy Partner is a pivotal role to develop and implement inclusive and compliant People Policies to this successful, unionised FMCG business.This will include but not limited to
3. Develop, implement, and review HR policies to align with organisational goals and changes to legislation
4. Ensure compliance with changes to employment law
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to promote best practices in employee relations.
6. Monitor and analyse employee relations trends to inform decision-making.
7. Manage complex and evolving HR policy related projects
8. Partner with senior stakeholders to implement and embed policy changes
9. Supporting consultation and engagement with Trade Unions on policy change
The Successful Applicant
A successful applicants for this role will have a proven background at developing and implementing new HR policesIdeally you will have a proven background in the FMCG sector, preferable within a large, complex organisationEssentially you will have worked in Unionised environmentsYou will be comfortable with UK wide travel to suit business needs, circa 1-2 days per week onsite
