Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
* Leading SAP S/4HANA Finance design and implementation across end-to-end transformation projects.
* Defining project strategies and acting as a strategic advisor to CFOs, programme directors, and transformation leads.
* Overseeing functional delivery across key modules like CO-PA, Fixed Assets, FSCM, and RAR.
* Managing complex stakeholder landscapes while ensuring delivery meets the highest standards.
* Driving internal capability development — from team mentoring to methodology evolution.
* Playing a key role in solution development, pre-sales, and proposal leadership.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
* Deep hands-on experience with SAP ECC FICO and S/4HANA Finance
* Strong expertise in 2–3 core areas such as Controlling (CO), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Asset Accounting (AA), FSCM, or Revenue Accounting (RAR)
* Experience delivering 3–4+ full-cycle SAP finance transformations, including at least one S/4HANA programme
* Team leadership capabilities — ideally managing delivery teams of 3–8 people
* A solid consulting background, with excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Pre-sales experience and/or a finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) are a strong plus
