Led by Executive Head Chef Ollie Bridgwater (formerly of The Fat Duck), our Michelin-starred, 4 AA Rosette kitchen is a place of passion and purpose and prides itself on exquisite produce, bold flavours, and precise execution. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade.
The Chef de Partie will be responsible for the effective management of an allocated section within the kitchen, ensuring the consistent delivery of dishes to Michelin‑level standards. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical ability, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of quality, cleanliness, and food safety.
What You’ll Be Doing as Chef De Partie:
1. Manages and operates a designated section to an exceptional standard.
2. Prepares, cooks, and presents dishes in line with SOURCE’s culinary standards and ethos.
3. Supports senior chefs with menu development and daily kitchen operations.
4. Trains, guides, and supports junior team members.
5. Contributes to a positive, professional, and collaborative working environment.
6. Upholds the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation.
7. Collaborates with the whole restaurant team and supports the senior team to enable smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications

8. Experience in Michelin-starred or fine dining environments.
9. Runs a section with confidence, organisation, and calm.
10. Prepares and cooks dishes to Michelin‑level standards.
11. Supports junior chefs through guidance and positive leadership.
12. Maintains impeccable cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
13. Brings curiosity, creativity, and a genuine love of food.
14. A desire to grow within a forward-thinking, modern restaurant built around using local produce with a twist.
Additional Information
Salary: £32,500
Gratuities are allocated on a points basis, depending on development tiers. Although variable, average levels are projected as being from £370 per month.
