Forrest Recruitment Ltd are currently looking for an experienced Receptionist to join a small and friendly team, working in a busy, fast paced environment.
Job Summary:
1. Offer general assistance to the team and project a positive and friendly image to visitors, either in person or via the telephone
2. Receive, assist and direct visitors in accessing the appropriate service in a courteous, efficient and effective way
3. Undertake a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of day to day, including the provision of secretarial and clerical support to the team
4. Facilitate effective communication between visitors and multiple teams within the business
