Commutable from Leeds, Bradford, Keighley (Hybrid with UK-wide site travel)

In this role, you will work as part of a close-knit commercial team, assisting with contract administration, cost management, tenders, feasibility studies, and client liaison. You will cover projects from inception through to completion, with the chance to grow your skills and progress as the business continues to expand.
The ideal candidate will have a background in quantity surveying, JCT contract knowledge, and experience working with clients and managing projects. Candidates working towards RICS accreditation will be fully supported.

The Role:
1. Contract administration, cost control, tenders, and quotes
2. Working on projects from feasibility through to completion
3. Liaising with clients and assisting with project delivery

5. Office and site-based across the UK, with hybrid working
6. Bonus scheme, car allowance, and long-term progression
The Person:
7. Quantity Surveying background
8. Knowledge of JCT contracts and project delivery
9. Experience dealing with clients and running projects
10. Degree in QS or equivalent (HNC + experience considered)
11. Based within commutable distance of Leeds
