Automotive Service Advisor Job Responsibilities: Interact with customers to understand their vehicle service needs and concerns. Offer recommendations and advice on necessary services and repairs. Schedule appointments and maintain communication with customers throughout the service process. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of service tasks. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and any issues related to the service experience. Maintain detailed records of services provided and follow up with customers as needed. Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships to enhance customer retention. Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification. Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive service environment. Proficient in computer systems for scheduling and record-keeping. Desired Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor. Demonstrated success in customer service and service advising roles. Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance requirements. Experience working in a dealership or service center.
