About the Role
My client is seeking a Benefits & Wellbeing Senior Manager to lead strategic and operational delivery of benefits and wellbeing initiatives across multiple European markets. This is a key role within a global professional services organisation, offering the chance to shape employee experience and drive impactful change.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and deliver the Benefits & Wellbeing strategy across regions.
* Manage end-to-end benefits processes and annual renewal cycles.
* Oversee vendor relationships and liaise with insurers/brokers.
* Lead benefit fairs, presentations, and wellbeing initiatives.
* Act as a trusted advisor on benefits, wellbeing, and policy matters.
* Drive international-level projects and complex change initiatives.
What We're Looking For
* Extensive experience in Benefits & Wellbeing roles, ideally in professional services.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with strong analytical ability.
* Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting Line: Reports to Senior HR Director overseeing HR teams across multiple European locations. You will manage two direct reports.
