The living team includes a broad range of residential-led assets such as student accommodation, build‑to‑rent, co‑living, and other operational residential property types.
The successful candidate will join a specialist student valuation team with a national remit, working with high‑profile clients, and will have the opportunity to travel to key university towns and cities across the UK. Key Responsibilities
* Preparing valuations of specialist properties and development sites, often with a high level of complexity.
* Providing strategic advice on the operational performance of assets for landlords and operators.
* Producing high‑quality valuation reports and delivering clear, professional advice to clients.
Candidate Requirements
* RICS‑accredited degree in Real Estate or similar.
* MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer.
* An interest in the residential and living sectors, with a genuine interest in operational real estate.
* Excellent written and analytical skills.
