We are seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role involves overseeing a portfolio of occupied social housing sites, with responsibility for high-value projects such as retrofit, cladding, and decarbonisation schemes.

Key Responsibilities Oversee multiple live contracts from handover through to completion and the Defects Liability Period.
Lead high-value projects including cladding, retrofit, and decarbonisation programmes.
Provide direction, consistency, and leadership across site teams.
Support pre-construction activities including tender interviews and bid submissions.
Ensure effective site setup with licences, permits, and inspections.
Carry out regular site visits to review progress, compliance, quality, and resident feedback.
Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the contract lifecycle.
Mentor and support Contracts Managers, Site Managers, and Supervisors.
Ensure compliance with health & safety and SHEQ standards.

About You Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager overseeing occupied housing projects
Strong knowledge of retrofit, cladding, and external refurbishment
Ability to lead and mentor site teams while ensuring SHEQ compliance
Confident in liaising with residents and resolving issues effectively
Commercially aware with strong influencing and negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
