ABOUT EVERARDS Everards is one of the Midlands' best-known family breweries, with over 175 years of history and a pub estate that spans the region. We are independent, proud of their roots, and serious about beer quality, from the brewery floor to the tap. The team is tight-knit and down-to-earth, and take real pride in the relationship they build with their tenants. THE ROLE This is a field-based position covering the Everards pub estate across the East Midlands. You'll be the go-to technical resource for pub tenants, supporting them with everything from keg connections and cellar line maintenance to quality troubleshooting and cellar management training. You'll also be a key contact when new tenants come on board, helping them get set up and confident in the cellar from day one. Reporting into brewery operations, your success will be measured by the quality of the pint and the strength of the relationships you build. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING You'll: Visit Everards pubs across the region, managing your own diary and patch Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with beer kegs, cellar lines, and dispense equipment Deliver hands-on cellar management training to new and existing pub tenants Onboard new tenants and support them through their early weeks in the pub Build trusted relationships with tenants and area managers as their primary point of contact Spot and report recurring quality issues back to brewery operations Act as a brand ambassador for Everards on every visit WHAT YOU'LL BRING Essential: Proven experience in a field-based technical, cellar management, or drinks dispense role Solid working knowledge of beer dispense equipment, keg systems, and cellar line maintenance Confident communicator, comfortable working across multiple stakeholders including tenants and managers Full, clean UK driving licence Self-managed and organised, able to plan and prioritise your own regional workload Useful, not essential: BII, BFBI, or CIBD cellar management qualification Experience in a brewery, drinks distributor, or managed pub group Background in training or coaching others in a technical or operational setting Cask Marque accreditation or equivalent BENEFITS AND CULTURE Financial: Competitive base salary car allowance performance bonus Flexibility: Field-based role, manage your own diary and patch across the region Development: Cellar management and dispense training fully supported, including CIBD qualifications Wellbeing: Beer and product allowance, company pension, 28 days holiday WORKING ARRANGEMENTS Location: East Midlands: field-based across the Everards pub estate Contract: Permanent | Full-time Travel: Regular regional travel is a core part of this role, a full, clean UK driving licence is essential INTERESTED?
