Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated B2B Sales professional with experience in the gym, fitness, or wellness industry to join us on a temporary remote basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding gym partners, building strong business relationships, and presenting the value of Budy.fit’s platform to potential clients. You will work directly with gym owners and fitness businesses to expand our partner network and help bring tailored digital fitness solutions to their members.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, approach, and onboard gyms and fitness businesses as Budy.fit partners
* Build and maintain strong relationships with gym owners and decision-makers
* Present Budy.fit’s partnership model and clearly communicate its value and benefits
* Support gym partners through the onboarding process using the Budy.fit portal
* Add gyms to the platform and help manage partner setup when needed
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth partner experience
* Address partner questions, provide support, and ensure high client satisfaction
* Track partnership performance and contribute to business growth initiatives
How the Partnership Model Works
* You will help gyms join the Budy.fit platform as official partners
* You will have access to a portal where you can add gyms directly
* Gym owners will also have access to the portal to add branches and update their available equipment
* Each gym will have one unique ID, regardless of how many branches it operates
* Partner gyms will display Budy.fit’s app QR code in a visible area, such as the entrance, with simple messaging like:
* AI Workout Partner
* Tailored Fitness Programs
* During app onboarding, users will be able to select their gym from the list
* Based on the selected gym and its available equipment, users will receive personalized workout programs
Compensation
This role includes a revenue-sharing model:
* You can earn up to 25% revenue share for every user who signs up using your gym partner’s unique ID
* Revenue share applies for up to 1 year, or until the user cancels their subscription
* You will have access to a dashboard to monitor your performance and earnings
Qualifications
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management
* Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent customer service and client support skills
* Confidence in delivering presentations, pitches, or training sessions
* Experience in the gym, fitness, or wellness industry is highly preferred
* Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools is an advantage
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field is a plus
