Junior Digital / eLearning Content DesignerHybrid |12-month fixed-term contract
We're recruiting a Junior Digital / eLearning Content Designer to support the creation and maintenance of engaging, accessible digital learning content within a busy, purpose-driven organisation.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career, changing direction, or returning to work, who wants to build hands-on experience in digital learning design.
Key responsibilities:- Designing and developing digital learning modules and micro-learning content- Building and updating materials using eLearning authoring tools- Applying learning design principles to create clear, accessible content- Collaborating with colleagues and subject matter experts- Reviewing and improving existing learning resources
About you:- Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, or similar)- Understanding of SCORM and learning management systems- Strong attention to detail and structured approach to content- Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback- Interest in inclusive and accessible digital learning
