Responsibilities

* Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
* Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly.
* Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
* Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order fulfilment.
Experience
* Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a strong background in hospitality.
* Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
* Experience in serving or culinary roles is advantageous, as well as any kitchen experience that supports food preparation tasks.
* Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
