Job Role
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage a caseload of participants, producing personalised accommodation plans
2. Carry out initial assessments, considering risk, situation and need
3. Record progress and outcomes timely and accurately using case management system
4. Maintain contact with participants, identifying any emerging risks and concerns
Skills and Experience
5. Experience or knowledge of Accommodation (incl. legislation) - desirable
6. Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing
7. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
8. Experience or knowledge of the work of the Criminal Justice System
9. Good organisation skills and ability to meet deadlines
