SENDCo - Join a Supportive School Community
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated SENDCo to join a small independent special school that specialises in supporting children and young people with dyslexia and related learning and communication needs.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong knowledge of special educational needs and a genuine passion for inclusive education. You will be a qualified teacher with a SENDCo qualification, able to balance strategic planning with hands-on support. Confidence in working with staff, families, and external professionals is key, alongside the ability to create and implement effective support plans.

* Provide strategic leadership and practical support for SEND students within a small independent special school.
