In this pivotal role, you will embed a culture of co-production across Adult Social Care ensuring that the voices, experiences and ideas of residents and carers directly influence how services are designed, delivered and improved. Working with partners, communities and colleagues, you will lead innovative engagement approaches, develop sustainable co-production models, and champion inclusive practice that reflects Salford's diverse communities. This role is ideal for someone passionate about participation, community engagement and turning insight into meaningful service change.
