Are you ready to join the Fearless?
As a CRM Manager, you will build stronger relationships with our customers to increase engagement, retention, and customer value through effective CRM strategies and data-driven insights.
* Manage and support the team with ongoing test and learn plans to improve CRM communications.
* Oversee a CRM Executive, optimizing all CRM activities across the group.
* Use customer data, modeling, and insights to design and optimize segmentation and personalized customer journeys.
* Develop and lead omni-channel journeys based on customer data, segmentation, and propensity models, uncovering value in the existing database.
* Transition the CRM strategy to be truly customer-led, utilizing segmentation, Lifetime Value, Intent, and Next Best Action modeling.
* Deliver weekly and monthly reports on CRM campaigns and database performance, sharing results with the wider business.
* Manage the relationship with the email service provider, ensuring platform optimization.
* Have previous experience working with customer databases in a numerate and analytical capacity.
* Possess strong leadership and management skills.
* Have broad knowledge of CRM platforms, ESPs, and marketing automation tools.
* Be a self-starter, capable of working independently.
* Be results-driven, energetic, and determined to achieve results.
* Be highly numerate, capable of managing and gaining insights from large data sets.
