Duties

* Monitor food quality at all stages of production, from preparation through serving.
* Maintain effective communication with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
Experience
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques.
* Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
* In-depth knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
