THE ROLE - Area Sales Manager
This is a varied role which includes calling on consultants and contractors and selling their highly innovate, bespoke commercial Ventilation solutions. The role will include CPDs, and sniffing out projects, and then negotiating with the contractors to win the order. There will be a mix of new business and account management depending on which product line you're selling.
THE PERSON- Area Sales Manager
We're after someone with great sales aptitude or ability, you might be an internal sales person, but if you've got experience of making outbound calls, and want to get out on the road, then they'd be interested in speaking to you. An interest or experience in the construction industry. Capable of picking engineering concepts up quickly and explaning them clearly to consultants. Good at negotiating - you'll need this with the contractors.

* Basic to £55K depending on your work experience

THE LOCATION- Area Sales Manager
Covering the whole of Yorkshire and parts of Lincolnshire. Ideally based in Leeds, Sheffield, Doncaster, Bradford.
