The Role
We're seeking a confident and charismatic Cloakroom Assistant to join the vibrant front of house team at The Roof Gardens. As a warm and professional presence, you'll become a familiar face to our members, ensuring their experience is seamless, welcoming, and memorable from beginning to end.
Key Responsibilities:
Previous experience as a Cloakroom Assistant or in a member-facing role within the luxury hospitality market is ideal
Welcoming members and guests and addressing them by name whenever possible
Maintain a secure and organised cloakroom area that is clean and well maintained
Assist members and guests with the check-in and retrieval of personal belongings.
Provide courteous and efficient service to guests, addressing inquiries and special requests
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Uphold the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
