The Role
Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Lecturer in Mental Health to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in shaping the future workforce within the health and social care sector, delivering high-quality education and inspiring the next generation of mental health practitioners.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
As a key member of the team, your role will encompass:
3. Delivering inclusive, high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment across Mental Health programmes.
4. Supporting curriculum design, development, and innovation in both face-to-face and digital pedagogies.
5. Providing academic and pastoral support to ensure excellent student retention, achievement, and progression.
6. Engaging in professional practice, research, and scholarly activity to enhance teaching and contribute to the wider academic community.
7. Supporting course operations and participating in student recruitment activities such as interviews, Open Days, and curriculum events.
